From Wildwoods Soy Sisters
Wildwood Corn & Tofu Chowder with Fennel
||Wildwood Organic Medium Tofu, cubed|
||corn kernels (drain if canned)|
|4, 14 oz.
||cans vegetable broth|
||Wildwood Organic Plain SOYmilk|
|½ to 1 c.
||Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish|
||Fennel seed for garnish|
Melt butter, and add all ingredients except soymilk.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add soymilk and heat until warm.
Garnish individual bowls with grated Parmesan cheese and fennel seed.
