Ruth’s Hemp Pesto|
Makes approximately 1 ½ cups.
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- ½ cups SoftHemp™
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons Ruth’s Certified Organic Hemp Oil
- 2 tablespoons fruity olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 cup butter
- Clean and dry basil.
- Chop basil in food processor.
- Add SoftHemp™, cheese, garlic, Ruth’s Hemp Oil and 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Process in short bursts until desired consistency.
- Add remaining olive oil optionally, depending on preferred taste.
- Add salt and pepper.
