Ruth’s Have-a-Great Day Smoothie

This is best made with hemp milk from the hemp milk machine. If you have hemp milk, substitute 1 cup of it for the SoftHemp™ and water mixture.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Ruth’s Hemp Protein, Hemp Protein with Sprouted Flax, or Hemp Protein with Sprouted Flax & Maca
  • ½ banana
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 2 dates
  • 1” peeled fresh ginger (or less, depending on taste)
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 teaspoon Chywanprash (This health tonic is optional, but worth it if available)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend till smooth.
  3. Enjoy and have a great day!
