Ruth’s Have-a-Great Day Smoothie
This is best made with hemp milk from the hemp milk machine. If you have hemp milk, substitute 1 cup of it for the SoftHemp™ and water mixture.
- 1 scoop Ruth’s Hemp Protein, Hemp Protein with Sprouted Flax, or Hemp Protein with Sprouted Flax & Maca
- ½ banana
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- 2 dates
- 1” peeled fresh ginger (or less, depending on taste)
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1 teaspoon Chywanprash (This health tonic is optional, but worth it if available)
- 1 cup water
- 3 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Blend till smooth.
