Avocado Oil
Loriva® Avocado Oil is expeller pressed from fresh avocados then lightly refined. Refining creates a light color with a mild flavor and no heavy aftertaste. This oil has a particularly high smoke point so it can be used at high temperatures, even for frying. Avocado oil, like olive and canola oils, is very high in monounsaturated fats and is a good source of Vitamin E. Try Avocado Oil drizzled over fruit, heirloom tomatoes and any kind of salad.
