ALLERGY ALERT - UNDECLARED DAIRY IN
CLOUD NINE® PREMIUM DARK CHOCOLATE BAR

May 06, 2005 – Cloud Nine®, a division of nSpired Natural Foods, San Leandro, CA, is warning consumers who may be allergic to dairy products that Cloud Nine Premium Dark Orange and Dark Chocolate 2 oz. bars have been recalled. These products are manufactured on equipment that is also used for dairy products, and there may be residual dairy protein in the product.

The following Cloud Nine Premium Dark Chocolate bars, net weight 2 oz., Lot Code # 3255A and 3255B, have been voluntarily recalled:

  • Cloud Nine Premium Dark Chocolate bar – UPC 7 29582 11550 5
  • Cloud Nine Premium Orange Dark Chocolate bar – UPC 7 29582 11530 7
These products are distributed through out the USA and across Canada.

There has been only one reported illness associated with the Cloud Nine Premium Dark Chocolate bar.

Consumers who have purchased these products may return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
